White & Nerdy – 32 IBUs 6% ABV – 22oz Bottles & Draft - Belgian White Ale
Brewed with Pilsner Malt, Wheat, Sweet Orange Peel, Citra Hops, and Traditional Belgian Yeast. Hoppier than traditional Belgian Wit beers but keeping the traditional character intact. Light bodied for a refreshing change of pace from big bodied beers. 

Whiter & Nerdier IPA – 54 IBU and 7.5% ABV - 22oz Bottles & Draft - White IPA
White & Nerdy’s bigger and bolder brother. Brewed with 2-Row Pale Malt, Wheat, Zythos Hops and our house Belgian Yeast. This beer is everything in White & Nerdy taken another step up.

(Limited) Batch 4 Berliner Weiss – 0 IBU, 4.5% ABV - 22oz bottles - Wild Wheat Beer
Using a 48 hour mashing process this beer is naturally acidified using wild bacteria. Very light bodied and tart finish for those that aren’t quite into sour beers. Batch 4 is super funky, as after primary fermentation we exposed it to the air and allowed wild cultures to take over and ferment for 3 months. Fermented with our House Belgian Yeast & Wild Cultures. 

(Limited) Sweet & Sour - 32 IBU 6.5% ABV - 22oz Bottles & Draft - Single Batch Series #3 - Wild Ale
We took a batch of White & Nerdy and fermented for an extra 6 months with wild cultures we captured in the brewery. This secondary fermentation gives it a lactic acid kick and with a dry finish. A perfect beer for summertime in the Northwest.

(Limited) High Stupidity 2014 - Draft Only - Annual April 20th release. 8.4% ABV, 49 IBU - Experimental
There isn't really a style that fits this beer, I think that is why it is one of our favorites. 5 types of malt coupled with hemp seeds, bacon, maple syrup, vanilla, and Millenium hops from Mabton, WA. Fermented with our house belgian yeast. This is a tough beer to describe and one you really just have to try. SG 1.072, FG 1.010. - Available at 99 Bottles, Malt & Vine, and Elliot Bay Pizza Mill Creek

(Retired) Don’t Be A Welch Berliner Weiss – Sour Mashed Tart Wheat Beer – Based on our Berliner Weiss above but we add White Grape juice to add a new dimension and pump up the tartness. 0 IBU, 5.0% ABV – Spring Speciality, Kegs Only. 

(Retiring) 13 Questions Pale Ale – Single Hop American Pale Ale – Traditional American Pale Ale, brewed with a rotating selection of hops. Premium 2-Row Pale Malt and Munich malt with a touch of Wheat followed by 40 IBUs of hops and finished in the fermenter with even more hops for aroma. We strive to make this a well balanced pale ale. Hop variety varies on availability. 40 IBU, 6.0% ABV

(Retired) Stout Hearted –Belgian Stout – One of our Fall/Winter beers. Dry Stout fermented with our house Belgian strain. 58 IBU 5.9% ABV - Available in 22oz bottles

Fall Seasonal - Belgian Pumpkin Ale – As the name says, this is our Fall pumpkin beer, available only during the fall and for growler and keg sales only. This orange colored ale is spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, mace and cloves for that pumpkin pie flavor. Fermented with our house Belgian yeast. 23 IBU 5.7% ABV – Available in 22oz bottles -
